Home Big Ned GPS FREEZING GLENROWAN RECENT REVITALISATION FOOD SHELTER To See & Do

Within the town itself there is one motel and two B&B's.
There is also a caravan park and Bed & Breakfast available.

Glenrowan as a town has only changed a little bit over the past few years, however the
quality of the food has increased a great deal. Mostly I speak here of take-away foods. There
are terrific little places for Devonshire tea or hot food. There are a couple of fish 'n' chip style
establishments but no 'restaurants' as such. (the Glenrowan Hotel does provide a great hot meal)
The Billy Tea Rooms does have a great array of meals available for every budget.

If you cannot survive without McDonald's, there is one just out of Glenrowan on the Hume Hwy.

Note: the town has no chemist, bank, auto teller or medical centre and don't leave your trip to
the shop too late! It does have a pay-phone though.
